SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.

Delivery Time:
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen events are beyond our control, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹4,000.
For orders below that, a flat ₹99 shipping fee applies.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. Please allow up to 24 hours for the link to activate.

Address Changes:
Once an order has been placed, shipping addresses cannot be altered. We advise carefully checking your address before confirming your order to prevent any problems. Orders that are mailed to an inaccurate address entered at checkout are not Always Eve's responsibility.

International Shipping:
We currently ship within India only. International orders will be available soon.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY


We want you to love what you ordered — but if something isn’t right, we’ll help you fix it.

Eligibility Window:
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if a customer reaches out to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition Requirements:
Items must be:

* Unworn, unwashed, and unused

* With all original tags and packaging intact

* Free from any stains, marks, or odors — including perfume, deodorant, sweat, or makeup.

* Returned in the same packaging as received

Items not meeting these conditions will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense.

Non-Returnable Items:
Sale or discounted items

How to Initiate a Return:
Email support@alwayseve.com
with your order number, reason for return, and clear images. Our team will respond within 24 hours on business days.

Return Shipping:
Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:
We do not offer refunds. Approved returns are processed as store credit only, valid for 12 months from the issued date.

Refunds to the original payment method can be offered only for damaged or wrong items.

A return for credit or exchange cannot be made until the items have been returned to our warehouse.

The credit amount for returns apply to the purchase price of the garments only. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are deducted from the credit amount.

Damaged / Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Once verified, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund.
