SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and usually delivered within 5–10 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
Please note that delays due to courier or weather conditions are beyond our control.
Yes! Shipping is free for prepaid orders above ₹4,000.
For orders below ₹4,000, a flat ₹99 shipping fee applies.
Unfortunately, no. Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. Always Eve is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Not yet! We currently ship within India only, but international shipping will be available soon.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
We have a strict quality check process. Items will not be accepted if they have:
* Makeup, perfume, deodorant, sweat, or any other stains
* Signs of wear or washing
* Missing tags or packaging
Items not meeting these conditions will be sent back to you at your expense.
* Sale or discounted items
* Accessories or intimate wear
* Custom or altered pieces

We currently offer store credit only for approved returns, valid for 12 months.
Refunds to the original payment method are only offered in cases of damaged or wrong items.
Store credit or exchange will be processed once the returned items are received and verified by our team.

within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product. Once verified, we’ll replace the item or issue a full refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping charges will be deducted from your store credit if applicable.
Yes, the customer bears the return shipping cost unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
PRODUCTS
We try our best to ensure all images and descriptions are true to life. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting or screen differences and are not considered defects.
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend checking measurements before ordering, as fit may vary slightly by style or fabric.
We suggest following the care instructions on the garment label to maintain quality. Avoid harsh detergents, and store your pieces in a cool, dry place.

ORDERS
Simply add your favorite pieces to your cart and proceed to checkout. Once payment is completed, your order will be confirmed and you’ll receive an email with the details.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled as our team begins processing it immediately. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking to activate.
